Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@lumeahome.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@lumeahome.shop with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
